Sea of Hope is a multi-media performance installation close to the artist’s heart. She created the pair of mother and baby whale at the midst of her cancer treatment. Rather than being the whole story, cancer is a chapter of the artist’s life, in which she finds the courage to transform her vision into an artwork fused with music and dance performance. Believing that the sea is a continual miracle that can cure anything, she reckons that every art she creates is another opportunity to be a blessing to someone else in the sea of hope.
